1. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to this spend and save on bracelets ("Promotion"). By taking part in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. It is a condition of participation in the Promotion that all Terms are accepted as final..

 

2. This Promotion is organised by Pandora Jewellery UK Limited, a company registered in England and Wales at 33 George Street, London, W1U 3BH under company number 06654012 (“Pandora”, “us”, “our”).

 

3. By participating in this Promotion through the Pandora website (https://uk.pandora.net/en/)("Pandora Website"), these Terms are additional to the Pandora Website terms and conditions (https://uk.pandora.net/terms-and-conditions/terms-and-conditions.html) and the Click & Collect terms and conditions , which (subject to Term 6) continue to apply.

 

4. In the event of any dispute regarding the Terms or the conduct of this Promotion, the decision of Pandora shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

   

5. This Promotion runs from 29th April 2023 to 1st May 2023 (but commences on 28th April 2023 for My Pandora members) (“Promotional Period”).

 

6. This Promotion is available, subject to availability and while stocks last, through: · the Pandora Website; and · participating Pandora concept stores and authorised Pandora stockists in England, Scotland, Wales, Jersey, Isle of Man, and Northern Ireland only, excluding all outlet stores (“Participating Stores”). This Promotion is not valid in store or for delivery in the Republic of Ireland or elsewhere outside of the UK.

7. Please check whether a store is participating in this Promotion, and the opening times of the Participating Store, before travelling to a store and making a purchase. Please note that some Pandora stores and authorised stockists may not be open during the Promotional Period.

 

8. This Promotion is open to members of the public, who are at least 16 years of age, which can include employees of Pandora and Pandora franchisees and members of their families and households (“Eligible Participants”).

 

9. Eligible Participants who spend at least £59 in one transaction on full priced Pandora product(s) (except for exclusions in paragraph 10) shall be entitled to a one-time-only 50% discount on selected bracelets.

 

10. The Promotion is not valid on shipping costs, sale or discounted products, outlet products, discounted gift sets, Build A Bracelet and Build a Pendant promotions, 14k gold items, gift cards, gift packaging, cleaning kits, polishing cloths, clasp opener, repair services, gift packaging, Pandora x Keith Haring collection, Diamonds by Pandora/Brilliance, Disney collection or Marvel collection. The Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other online or in-store offer, promotion or voucher unless stated.

 

11. There is no cash alternative to the discount. The discount is not exchangeable for cash or for any other Pandora product or service.

 

12. If you believe you made a Qualifying Purchase but you did not receive a discount, please contact Pandora using the details in these Terms.

 

13. The discount may only be redeemed once and will not be re-issued if the discounted bracelet is returned

 

14. Nothing in these Terms shall affect any participant's legal rights including all rights in respect of refunds, replacements and repairs for products which are faulty, not fit for purpose or not as described.

 

15. Additional terms may apply for refunds and exchanges in accordance with the other terms and conditions mentioned at Term 3.

 

 

16. This Promotion is subject to stock availability and, whilst reasonable efforts have been made to ensure sufficient stocks are available to meet likely demand, Pandora may suspend or end the Promotion early on the Pandora Website or in any one or more Participating Store without notice if, in the opinion of Pandora, there is not sufficient stock to continue operating the Promotion

 

17. Pandora reserves the right to cancel the Promotion or amend the Terms without notice in the event there is any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or any other event outside Pandora's reasonable control.

 

18. Pandora and a Participating Store reserve the right to not award a discount or disqualify a participant or ask a participant to leave a Participating Store if there are reasonable grounds to believe that any person is not eligible or for any other lawful reason, including unruly behaviour or failure to comply with these Terms.

 

19. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and/or civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, Pandora reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 

20. This Promotion and these Terms will be governed by English law and, subject to any right you may have as a consumer to select jurisdiction, any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales. This Promotion and any website or location on which these Terms are posted are only intended to be accessed from Great Britain, Jersey, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland. Pandora does not make any representation that materials relating to this Promotion are appropriate or available for use in other territories. Access to this Promotion from territories where its contents are illegal is strictly prohibited. If you view these Terms from other territories then you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

   

21. Subject to Term 23, Pandora accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any person as a result of their participation in this Promotion, their attempted participation or their acceptance of any product.

 

22. By participating or attempting to participate in this Promotion, participants agree that Pandora shall not bear any liability for: (a) the loss, theft or misuse of any product; or (b) any damage in any way attributable to this Promotion or the attempted participation in this Promotion, subject to Term 23.

 

23. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude Pandora's liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which may not be lawfully limited or excluded.

 

24. Any failure on any occasion by Pandora to enforce a Term is not a waiver of that Term.
