How it works
Choose Click & Collect as your preferred delivery option, either on a product page or at checkout. Use our store locator to find your closest Click & Collect store.
When your order is ready for colllection, we will let you know. You can then head to store with your ‘Ready for Collection’ email.
Just ask any of our store team members to assist you with your collection. Please remember to take your ID with you too.
If you need to return an item picked up from store, you can return your item in most stores please check our store locator if this is available in your nearest store. If you had part of your order delivered to your home these need to be sent back to our warehouse following the returns process here.
Please note that we cannot process refunds at our online distribution centre for any items that have been collected in store. In line with government guidelines, our team will be on hand to assist you and process your returns for you.
