BENEFITS FAQs- Your 10% off Welcome gift will be available in your My Pandora account three days after you accept the My Pandora terms & conditions on sign-up. Your 10% off Welcome gift is valid for 30 days from its issue date and cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers. Available to all tier levels but redeemable once per customer. Not valid on gift cards, delivery costs, Pandora Brilliance, Care Kits or Jewellery Boxes. Available in participating UK stores and uk.pandora.net only.
- Points will not be earned on delivery cost, gift card purchases or the portion of purchases made with points.
- All available points will be applied to your purchase when you decide to use them. Points cannot be used towards gift cards.
- Offer valid once, for 30 days from its issue date and cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers. Available to all tier levels but redeemable once per customer. Not valid on gift cards, delivery costs, Pandora Brilliance, Care Kits or Jewellery Boxes. Available in participating UK stores and uk.pandora.net only.
- Gold members get one free jewellery cleaning kit. The benefit is issued after member has been upgraded to Gold. The free cleaning kit can be redeemed only once per customer in lifetime. A Gold member may also purchase the Jewellery Cleaner Kit at 50% off a maximum of three times per customer. The benefit does not have an expiration date. Available in the UK only.
- Your Gold reward voucher will be available in your My Pandora account 90 days after you have been upgraded to/maintained at Gold. Gold reward gives 20% off and double points (first we calculate 20% off and then double points will be applied).
