Please read these Terms carefully. By participating in the My Pandora rewards programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all terms incorporated by reference.


1.1.The Terms apply to your participation in the My Pandora rewards programme operated by Pandora A/S, Havneholmen 17-19, DK-1561 Copenhagen, CVR no. 28505116 (“Pandora”, “we”, “us” or “our”) in Denmark and by Pandora Jewellery UK Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under registration number 531 162 709, and having its registered office at 33 George Street, London, W1U 3BH, United Kingdom (“My Pandora” or “the Programme”).
Please read these Terms carefully. You must accept these Terms, which includes agreement to receive marketing emails about our products (see Term 2.7), services and offers from us and our affiliates, and create a password to join My Pandora. The latest version of these Terms is always available at

1.2. These terms will apply in addition to our online terms where you purchase goods or services from us online. Those terms are available at

1.3. The My Pandora programme, account, benefits, rewards and points are only valid for use in the United Kingdom or when shopping on the Pandora Website.

1.4. As a member of My Pandora, you can earn points that qualify you for different levels and redeem benefits, offers and services as well as receive invitations for events and more organised by Pandora or Pandora’s partners and affiliates. You can find more information about benefits and offers in Term 3 “REWARD PROGRAMME MAIN SERVICES” below or through your membership account “My Pandora” accessed via

1.5. The membership of this programme is limited to individuals that are acting in a personal capacity and are at least 18 years of age. Pandora reserves the right to request written confirmation of such consent. By signing up to My Pandora, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

1.6. Your membership is for personal use only, non-transferable and subject to acceptance of these Terms as well as any other rules, regulations, policies and procedures adopted by Pandora and approved by you upon taking part of offers, benefits or by making purchases and other related services. We may in our sole discretion refuse any applications, suspend or terminate a membership, and/or cancel or reduce points at any time if we consider your transactions or use of My Pandora to be excessive and/or are for commercial purposes or subject to onward sale, delivery or profit.

1.7. All offers, benefit, services and any other initiatives provided in connection with My Pandora, are provided by Pandora solely on the basis of these Terms and only online at (“Pandora Website”) and in selected stores participating in the My Pandora Programme in the United Kingdom, a current list of which is available online at (“Participating Stores”). The Pandora Website does not provide delivery outside of the United Kingdom.


2.1. To join My Pandora you must have a valid email address. It is your responsibility, and a condition of your membership, to keep your email address and other personal details used for My Pandora updated at all times. We cannot be held responsible for any loss of points or rewards incurred as a result of out-of-date details.

2.2. The membership is free of charge and no purchase is necessary to become a member.

2.3. Each member is only entitled to one My Pandora account. Pandora reserves the right to refuse, merge or close additional accounts at any time.

2.4. Registration as a My Pandora member is done in the following ways:

2.4.1. through our My Pandora page at; or

2.4.2. hrough sales assistants in our Participating Stores, following which you shall receive an email to complete your sign up process and create a My Pandora account on the Pandora Website; or

2.4.3. through the QR codes in our Participating Stores which shall direct you to the sign up page on our website;

2.5. We may ask you to prove your identity to confirm the identity of the individual using the account and ensure that the account is not used fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.

2.6. If you are the holder of an existing Pandora Club account you may choose, via the Pandora website, to have your existing Pandora Club data migrated to the My Pandora rewards programme. Such migration is conditional upon your consent to these My Pandora Terms including the sign up to marketing emails (see Term 2.7). If chosen to do so, the majority of your existing data in your Pandora Club account such as order history and e-receipt, wish list, sizes and profile information will be migrated to your My Pandora account.

2.7. By signing up for a My Pandora account you agree to receive post and electronic communications (including email and SMS) from Pandora Jewellery UK Limited and its affiliates about Pandora products, services and offers for marketing, advertising and research purposes. 3.1. Enjoying your My Pandora online account

3.1.1. Your My Pandora account will allow you to complete your profile, in particular to be able to advance to the next level, but also to follow your points balance.

3.1.2. You will also be able to save your order history and e-receipt, wishlist, jewellery sizes, style, suggestions, preferences etc.

3.2. Welcome Gift

3.2.1. The 10% Welcome gift will be emailed to you upon completing the sign-up process for your My Pandora account.

3.2.2. The 10% Welcome gift can be used both in Participating Stores and online.

3.2.3.The 10% Welcome gift is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue and cannot be used in conjunction with discounts or any other vouchers.

3.2.4.The 10% Welcome gift cannot be applied towards delivery costs, purchases of gift cards, care kits, jewellery boxes, nor to the Pandora Lab-Grown Diamonds range.

3.2.5.In case of an online purchase, if Pandora cannot fulfil all of the entire purchase to which the 10% Welcome gift has been applied, the 10% Welcome gift will be reissued with a new 30 calendar days expiration period. If you return the entire purchase to which the 10% Welcome gift has been applied, it will be reissued with a new 30 calendar days expiration period. However, if the purchase, to which the 10% Welcome gift was applied, is partially returned or partially fulfilled, the Welcome gift will not be reissued.

3.3. Communications and specific offers

3.3.1. As a member, you will benefit from exclusive sneak peeks, priority access to offers, personalised member offers, points campaigns and special events.

3.3.2. You will be informed and reminded of the My Pandora benefits (such as your points balance and their validity period so you can use points before they expire) and the exclusives at Term 3.3.1 via the email address attached to your account.

3.3.3. The Pandora Jewellery Cleaner Set will be available for Silver members to purchase at a 50% discount up to three times per year. The Jewellery Cleaner Set 50% discount can be used in Participating Stores and online (provided that delivery for the online purchase is paid for by member).

3.3.4. One Jewellery Cleaner Set will be available for Gold members free of charge only when you become a Gold member for the first time (i.e. this offer is not renewable and will therefore only be valid once in a lifetime even if the Gold status is renewed). Following that, Gold members may purchase the Jewellery Cleaner Set at 50% off up to three times per year. The Jewellery Cleaner Set can be redeemed in Participating Stores or online (provided that, for online purchase, delivery is paid for by member).

3.3.5. Exclusive Editions: Exclusive products/editions may be made available online for gold members and depending on availability. If an exclusive edition is made available, you will be able to find and order it by logging in to your My Pandora account.

3.4. Birthday treat

3.4.1. The Birthday Treat will be available for silver and gold members. For Silver members, the Birthday Treat is 10% off voucher and for Gold members, it is 15% off voucher.

3.4.2. The Birthday Treat will be available in your account on your birthday every year if your birthday details have been added to your My Pandora account.

3.4.3. The Birthday Treat can be used in Participating Stores and online.

3.4.4. The Birthday Treat cannot be applied to delivery costs, purchases of gift cards, care kits, jewellery boxes, nor to the Pandora Lab-Grown Diamonds range.

3.4.5. The Birthday Treat is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue and cannot be used in conjunction with discounts or other vouchers.

3.4.6. If Pandora cannot fulfil the entire online purchase to which the Birthday Treat has been applied, it will be reissued with a new 30 calendar days expiration period. If you return the entire purchase to which the Birthday Treat has been applied, it will be reissued with a new 30 calendar days expiration period. However, if the purchase that used the Birthday Treat is partially returned or fulfilled, the Birthday Treat won’t be reissued.

3.5. Gold rewards

3.5.1. Gold rewards are available for Gold members only.

3.5.2. Gold rewards gives 20% off and double points (first we calculate 20% off and then double points will be applied).

3.5.3 The Gold rewards will be available in your account 90 days after you become a Gold member and they will be issued each 12 months (except for the Gifted Cleaner Set as per Term 3.3.4) provided you retain the Gold membership.

3.5.4 The Gold rewards can be used in Participating Stores and online.

3.5.5 The Gold rewards do not apply to delivery costs, purchases of gift cards, care kits, jewellery boxes, 14K Gold, nor to the Pandora Lab-Grown Diamonds range.

3.5.6 The Gold rewards are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue and cannot be used in conjunction with discounts or any other vouchers.

3.5.7 If Pandora cannot fulfil all of the entire online purchase to which the Gold reward(s) has been applied, the reward(s) will be reissued with a new 30 calendar days expiration period. If you return the entire purchase to which the Gold reward(s) has been applied, the reward(s) will be reissued with a new 30 calendar days expiration period. However, if the purchase, to which the Gold reward(s) was applied, is partially returned or partially fulfilled, the reward(s) won’t be reissued.

3.6. Earning points

3.6.1 As a My Pandora member you earn points, and receive other benefits outlined in these Terms, on purchases (either online or in Participating Stores) -, by engaging with us through competitions, voting on our products and by sharing your reviews, by participating in customer surveys, and through other engagements from time to time.

3.6.2 When you make purchases, you earn points and benefit from numerous advantages as outlined in these terms.

3.6.3 You earn points on all purchases from Pandora Participating Stores, including discounted products (but only on the value of the product after the discount, not before), both online and in Participating Stores excluding delivery, purchases of gift cards, and the portion of any purchase paid for with points. If a purchase is partially made with points, you will earn points on what you paid by gift card, credit card or cash but not on the portion of the purchase you paid with points.

3.6.4 Points are earned on purchases whether paid by gift cards, credit card or cash.

3.6.5 You earn 1 point for every £1 GBP spent. Any purchase value under £1 GBP will be rounded. (e.g. values between 0.01 and 0.49 GBP will earn no points, but values between 0.50 and 0.99 GBP will earn 1 point).

3.6.6 When purchasing in our Participating Stores in the United Kingdom: present the QR code from your My Pandora emails to the store staff upon purchase, or present the barcode from your My Pandora account upon purchase, or provide your email address,

and points will automatically become pending in your account upon purchase and points will be confirmed 30 days from the date of purchase.

3.6.4 If your annual purchase amount exceeds £10,000 GBP, you will not earn any more points that year.

3.7. Redeeming Points

3.7.1 Points, offers and benefits can be redeemed online through your My Pandora account and in Participating Stores.

3.7.2 The ‘Pay With Points’ benefit is available for Silver and Gold members. You cannot pay with points if you are a Pink member. If you are a Pink member, your points status will appear as ‘pending’ until you level up to Silver or Gold.

3.7.3 When paying with points, 40 points equals £1 GBP. There is no minimum points requirement when paying with points, however, when you choose to pay with points, you cannot choose how many points to use while they are available in your account, meaning that your entire point balance will be applied to your purchase if you decide to pay with points. If the value of the points you have available is less than the total amount of the order, your payment will consist of all your available points and in addition, you will have to complete your payment with another authorised payment methods.

3.7.4 Points can be used to pay for products, delivery costs and tax. However, points cannot be used to purchase gift cards,

3.7.5 Points cannot be exchanged for cash nor transferred to another My Pandora member.

3.7.6 Points can be used in conjunction with discounts.

3.7.7 It is not possible to claim points for transactions made prior to the launch of My Pandora.

3.7.8 Points cannot be assigned, inherited nor pledged unless explicitly stated within your My Pandora account.

3.7.9 Earned points will expire 12 months after purchase but at the end of the month in which points were earned. E.g. if a purchase is made between 1st and 31st May 2023, your points will expire on 31st May 2024. When paying with points, older points are automatically applied first.

3.7.10 If you return products or your order was cancelled after making a purchase, you will not earn points on that purchase, which may result in pending or accrued points being revoked and your account having a negative points balance. If that returned or cancelled purchase was made using mixed payment methods, the order of refund will be prioritised as follows: points credited back to your My Pandora account, then gift card, then credit card, then cash. If you paid with a voucher, subject to any other provision in these Terms, the voucher will not be re-issued nor otherwise reimbursed. Any points credited back shall have a new expiration date of 12 months from the date of that return.

3.7.11If you make a purchase without being logged into your My Pandora account online or without identifying yourself in the Participating Store, you can contact us as described below within 30 days from the purchase date to claim your points. To claim your points, you will need to provide your name, email address and receipt. Once you claim your points, it will take up to 2 business days for the points to be shown as pending in your account.

3.8. Levelling up from Pink to Silver

3.8.1 Levelling up from Pink to Silver requires the following: Completing your profile in your online My Pandora account by answering five preference questions allowing us to further personalise your membership experience (questions regarding consumer type from our categories, preferred metal, preferred category, preferred store and date of birth); and Making one purchase of any value. Purchases made prior to completing your sign up to My Pandora account will not count towards this purchase requirement.

3.8.2 Once you level up from Pink to Silver, you will not be downgraded from Silver to Pink. This means that you will remain a Silver member even if you no longer meet the Silver level conditions e.g. by returning purchased items or deleting your profile preference questions.

3.9. Levelling up from Silver to Gold

3.9.1 Levelling up from Silver to Gold requires you to spend over £200 GBP or more within 12 months. If you return a purchase, the returned amount will be deducted in relation to the Gold threshold.

3.9.2 Purchases made with points will not count towards the Gold threshold.

3.9.3 You will get downgraded to Silver if you purchase less than £200 GBP within 12 months from when you levelled up to Gold or if return(s) you make add up to less than £200 GBP in 12 months.

3.9.4 You can level up from Pink to Gold directly if you fulfil the criteria to level up from Pink and from Silver tiers (see Terms 3.8 and 3.9).


You may at any time terminate your My Pandora membership by deleting your account at the following link, or by contacting us using the information below. Please note that by deleting your account:

4.1.1 you will lose all of your My Pandora benefits and accrued rewards including that you can no longer accrue points for purchases and any already-earned points will be cancelled immediately;

4.1.2 your personal information – including your history and profile and preferences – will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy; and

4.1.3 you will only be able to use the guest check-out option when shopping online.

4.2 Pandora may, at any time and in its sole discretion, terminate points and terminate, modify, withdraw, suspend, supplement, limit or discontinue the My Pandora rewards programme, any portion of these Terms, offers, benefits and associated FAQs. Orders and purchases that have already been made and for which points have been used remain unaffected hereby. Pandora will inform members by email three months prior to the termination of the programme and one month before discontinuation of a reward benefit. Modifications made will take effect immediately upon publication of such changes online.

4.3 Pandora reserves the right to terminate your membership for good cause. Good cause includes among others, and at Pandora’s sole discretion:

4.3.1 you have not used your account (to earn points or redeem rewards) for 5 years;

4.3.2 Pandora believes that the use of your account is unauthorised, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful;

4.3.3 you provide false data;

4.3.4 any behaviour relating to the programme or Pandora that involves theft, misconduct, abusive or offensive behaviours, or relates to supplying false or misleading information; or

4.3.5 you breach any of these Terms.


5.1 We will process your personal data for the purpose of providing you with the services under the programme, including managing your purchases, providing your personalised offers and benefits, registering earned and used points, managing your My Pandora online account and to provide you with personalised content and messaging necessary for the provision of the core services of the programme.

5.2 You have the right to access and rectify your data, request their deletion or exercise your right to limit the processing of your data. You can also exercise your right to data portability and define directives concerning the fate of your data after your death.

Pandora or its affiliates shall not be liable to any person, with respect to the My Pandora programme, to the extent permitted by law, for any:

6.1 act or omission;

6.2 loss or damage that is not foreseeable;

6.3 Indirect or consequential loss or damage;

6.4 failure to inform My Pandora members of matters related to the My Pandora programme;

6.5. incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information;

6.6 interruption, deletion, omission, defect, failure, or issues related to any equipment, electronic transmission, software or programming utilised by the member, for any inability to access any website or online service, or for any other technical or non-technical error or malfunction for whatever reason; and

6.7 human error.


7.1 All intellectual property in whatever form, related to the My Pandora programme including the programme itself set-up, account, benefits, rewards and points, are owned by and remain the property of Pandora.

7.2 No waiver by Pandora of any provisions herein will be effective unless explicitly set forth in writing. No failure to exercise any right or remedy arising from these Terms shall be construed as a waiver by Pandora, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right or remedy hereunder preclude any other or further exercise of any other right or remedy by Pandora.

7.3 Neither Pandora nor its affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, agents or employees make any representations or warranties of any kind whatsoever, neither express nor implied in connection with these Terms or My Pandora or any of the services associates therewith, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, non-infringement or fitness for a particular purpose, except where such representations and warranties are not legally excludable.

7.4 If for any reason any provision of these Terms is determined to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable it will be severed and deleted from these Terms, and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and effect, and continue to be binding and enforceable.

7.5 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
