As selected stores are closed across the UK in line with new tier restrictions, our Christmas extended returns policy for store purchases is valid until 30 days from stores reopening for full priced items. Sale items purchased in store can be returned for an exchange only within 14 days from stores reopening.
Royal Mail now offer a collection service where you can arrange to have your return collected from your home from as little as 60p. Using your prepaid returns label which is packed inside your order, all you need to do is follow the steps here to book a collection from your home.
Items bought on the Pandora website cannot be returned in store for a refund, but can be exchanged. Please note refunds may take longer than normal to process. Once we have received your return at our warehouse, we advise that refunds may take 14 days to be processed at this time.
When the warehouse receives and processes your return you will receive an email confirmation of your refund. Please note this may take up to 14 days. Due to COVID-19 returned parcels are quarantined for 24 hours before being processed, therefore refunds may take slightly longer than usual. We apologise for any inconvenience caused, we are working hard on this and appreciate your patience.
