Our Response to COVID-19

For Pandora, the health and safety of our customers and employees is our top priority. 

In order to support the government’s containment efforts against COVID-19, Pandora UK has made the decision to temporarily close all stores from 4pm Saturday 21st March, until further notice. 

We continue to welcome customers online at pandora.net, on our social and email channels where we will keep bringing you style and inspiration to brighten your day.

We are putting all necessary safety measures in our warehouse for our team members to stay safe and protected.

For your reassurance as a customer, all our jewellery will be packed in clear transparent bags inside our eco-friendly jewellery boxes, free from contact. Where there are exceptions to this, our team members wear gloves to minimise the contact they have with the jewellery maintaining the highest hygiene standards. Our orders will also be delivered free of contact through letterboxes.

We are limiting our packaging consumption to be ready to face any future shortage in stock. Therefore your order will contain 1 gift bag per jewellery box.

We have extended our returns and exchange policy from 30 to 60 days for all items bought in store and online from 24th February.

As the situation changes our plans might too but if they do, we’ll let you know.
