If you need to return an item picked up from store, you can return your item in most stores please check our store locator if this is available in your nearest store. If you had part of your order delivered to your home these need to be sent back to our warehouse following the returns process here.

Please note that we cannot process refunds at our online distribution centre for any items that have been collected in store. In line with government guidelines, our team will be on hand to assist you and process your returns for you.
