PANDORA ADVENT CALENDAR T&Cs


 
These terms and conditions ("Advent Calendar Terms") apply to the purchase of Pandora 2023 advent calendars ("Advent Calendars").

These Advent Calendar Terms apply to Advent Calendars purchased online through the Pandora UK Website 
(https://uk.pandora.net/en) ("Pandora UK Website") as well as Advent Calendars purchased at a participating physical Pandora branded store in the UK. A list of participating stores can be found in Schedule 1 of these Advent Calendar Terms ("Participating Store(s)").

For Advent Calendars purchased on the Pandora UK Website or in Participating Stores, the sale is made to you by Pandora Jewellery UK Limited, a company registered in England (company number 06654012) with its registered office at 33 George Street, London, W1U 3BH ("
Pandora", “we”, “us”, “our). Pandora's VAT number is GB213663917.

Pandora's usual terms of sale (including the Pandora UK Website Terms and Conditions in the case of online Advent Calendar purchases) will apply to you in addition to these Advent Calendar Terms. If there is a conflict between these Advent Calendar Terms and the Pandora UK Website Terms and Conditions, these Advent Calendar Terms shall take priority.

These Advent Calendar Terms may be amended from time to time.

 

  1. OUR ADVENT CALENDARS

    1. Advent Calendars will be available for purchase from 12th October 2023 (or from 10th October 2023 for My Pandora members) and only for the period while stocks last (“Purchase Period”). Any Vouchers (as defined below) contained within an Advent Calendar shall be redeemable between 10th October 2023 – 31st March 2024.

    1. Advent Calendars will contain 12 items representing the 12 days of Christmas including a combination of Pandora products and vouchers that are redeemable for specific Pandora products ("Vouchers"). Vouchers can be exchanged for the Pandora products specified on the Vouchers in accordance with these Advent Calendar Terms. To use a Voucher, you can present the Voucher at a Participating Store, which will then be exchanged for the product specified on the Voucher. Vouchers are also redeemable on the Pandora UK Website but please note that you must pay for delivery costs. Any jewellery boxes offered to purchase with a Voucher will either be pink or grey depending on stocks.

    1. This purchase of Advent Calendars and the redemption of Vouchers are subject to availability and while stocks last. You must be aged 16 or over to purchase an Advent Calendar or redeem a Voucher. 

    1. There is no cash alternative to a Voucher. The Voucher is not exchangeable for cash. Vouchers are not gift cards and cannot be redeemed for any Pandora product or service other than that specified on the Voucher.

    1. Vouchers expire automatically once they have been redeemed.

  1. IN-STORE PURCHASES

    1. You may purchase an Advent Calendar at any Participating Store.

    1. Please check whether a store is participating in the sale of Advent Calendars, and the opening times of the Participating Store, before travelling to a store and making a purchase.

  1. ONLINE PURCHASES

    1. You may purchase Advent Calendars online through the Pandora UK Website for delivery to Great Britain and Northern Ireland only, excluding hotels, hostels, prisons, P.O. Boxes and BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses.

    1. After you place an online order for an Advent Calendar, you will receive an email acknowledging that we have received your order. This does not mean that we have accepted your order.

    1. If we accept your order, we will confirm our acceptance by sending you a dispatch confirmation email confirming that your Advent Calendar has been dispatched. Our contract with you will come into effect at that point.

    1. If we are unable to fulfil your order, for example, because Advent Calendars are out of stock or  for any other reason, we will not accept your order and will let you know by sending you an email to this effect. If you have already paid for your order, we will refund your payment for the Advent Calendar in full (including any delivery charges) to the credit or debit card you used to make the payment. We will process any refund due to you as soon as possible but in any case, within 14 days of the date of our email to you.

  1. DELIVERY OF ADVENT CALENDARS

    1. Advent Calendars shall be delivered in accordance with the delivery terms set out in the Website Terms and Conditions.
    2. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by you when you place your order and we have no liability to you or to the intended recipient in the event that your order is delivered to the incorrect address unless the error arises directly from our negligence or our breach of these Advent Calendar Terms or the Website Terms and Conditions.

    1. We have no liability to you or to the intended recipient for the late or non-delivery of any Advent Calendar purchased online through the Pandora UK Website in circumstances where the late or non-delivery of the Advent Calendar arises from an interruption to or failure of your computer equipment (or any other electronic device), your internet connection or your ability to receive emails.

  1. PRICE AND PAYMENT

    1. The price of an Advent Calendar is £350.00. The total recommended retail price of the contents of the Advent Calendar if purchased individually (including the recommended retail price of the items that may be obtained with the included vouchers) is £550.00).

 

    1. The price of Advent Calendars includes VAT (where applicable) at the current rates chargeable in the UK for the time being but excludes delivery costs.

    1. Delivery charges for Advent Calendars purchased online through the Pandora UK Website are as notified to you during the checkout process before you confirm your order. See our Delivery FAQ for more details.

    1. Advent Calendars purchased online through the Pandora UK Website must be paid for using a credit or debit card. Payment for your Advent Calendars and all applicable delivery charges is in advance. We will not charge your credit or debit card until we dispatch your Advent Calendars.

    1. You will own the Advent Calendars once payment for the Advent Calendars has been received in full, including all applicable delivery charges.

  1. CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

    1. Subject to this clause 6, Advent Calendars may be returned to a Participating Store or in accordance with the returns process set out in the Website Terms and Conditions.

    1. Advent Calendars may only be returned for a refund (not an exchange) and must be returned as a whole, unopened and including all of the contents contained within the Advent Calendar upon purchase. No refunds shall be given in relation to any of the contents of the Advent Calendar returned separately and not fully packaged within the Advent Calendar.

    1. If the Advent Calendar or an individual item contained within the Advent Calendar is damaged or defective (other than as a result of being mishandled or used improperly by you) or where any of the contents of an Advent Calendar are missing from the Advent Calendar (other than as a result of being misplaced by you), you may need to visit a Participating Store to seek a replacement with your proof of purchase, such replacement will be dependent on the current availability of replacement products in that Participating Store at that time.

    1. If you believe an Advent Calendar or any of its contents may be damaged, defective or not as described, please contact the Customer Care Team as soon as possible using the details at the end of these Advent Calendar Terms. You can also find out more about our Consumer Warranty (Guarantee) in section 13 of the Pandora UK Website Terms and Conditions.

    1. Vouchers may only be redeemed once and will not be re-issued if the item purchased using a Voucher is returned. If a Voucher is lost, stolen or damaged (for example if any details on the Voucher are damaged or otherwise illegible), the Voucher cannot be replaced or refunded. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any Voucher which we deem to be tampered with, duplicated or which otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud.

    1. Advent Calendar purchases made through the Pandora UK Website may be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch. However, once you have received your dispatch confirmation email, it will be too late to cancel your purchase and prevent your order from being dispatched.

    1. If you would like to cancel your Advent Calendar order before you have received your dispatch confirmation email, you must contact the Customer Care Team as soon as possible using the details at the end of these Advent Calendar Terms. Whilst the Customer Care Team will attempt to cancel your order prior to dispatch, this may not be possible due to the speed with which orders are processed.

    1. Except as expressly set out in this clause 6, Advent Calendars and their contents are non-returnable and non-refundable for any reason.

  1. OUR LIABILITY TO YOU

    1. If you damage, destroy or lose your Advent Calendar or any of its contents, Pandora shall not be liable for any loss or damage you suffer as a result except to the extent that such loss arises or Pandora's negligence or breach of these Advent Calendar Terms or the Pandora UK Website Terms and Conditions, in which event the party at fault shall be solely responsible.

    1. The full extent of Pandora's liability shall be as set out in the Pandora UK Website Terms and Conditions and subject to any limitations and exclusions therein.

    1. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in these Advent Calendar Terms limits or excludes Pandora's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for defective products under section 2(3) of the Consumer Protection Act 1987 or for any other matter for which it would be illegal for Pandora to limit or exclude, or attempt to limit or exclude, liability.

  1. DATA PROTECTION

    1. Personal data relating to your purchase or use of an Advent Calendar will be used in accordance with current Data Protection Legislation and the Privacy Policy which can be found at: https://uk.pandora.net/en/privacy-policy/privacy-policy.html.

  1. VARIATION

    1. These Advent Calendar Terms may be amended from time to time without notice to you. It is your responsibility to check these Advent Calendar Terms from time to time to ensure you are aware of any changes which may have been made. In the event of changes, the "Last Updated" date in these Advent Calendar Terms will be updated accordingly.

    1. Pandora reserves the right at any time to cancel any Advent Calendar purchase and/or suspend or permanently discontinue the sale of Advent Calendars altogether if, in Pandora's sole discretion, such action is necessary. Such action may be necessary, for example, to make changes to the Advent Calendar, to comply with applicable law or regulation or as a result of circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Pandora.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

    1. These Advent Calendar Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, without resort to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Advent Calendar Terms (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. However, if you are a resident of Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
