How can I use Clearpay?
Find some Pandora jewellery that you love, add it to your bag and then proceed to checkout.
CHOOSE HOW TO PAY
Select Clearpay as your payment method at the checkout.
All you need is a UK bank account, to be over 18 years old and to have a UK residential address.
You will be prompted to fill out a short form at checkout to get an instant approval decision and set up a Clearpay account.
Pay in 4 instalments. Your first instalment will be taken at checkout. Your remaining 3 instalments will be taken automatically every 2 weeks after. You will receive a notification when payments are due, one your order is on the way.
If you fail to make payments, late fees will apply.
If you have any trouble placing an order with Clearpay, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
1. Clearpay may have rejected your application to pay on account. We'd recommend choosing another type of payment or placing an order for a smaller amount.
2. Clearpay is only available to customers with a UK billing address. Customers with international billing addresses will not be able to create a Clearpay account.
3. You may have outstanding payments on previous Clearpay statements. Once these are paid off, try Clearpay again.
4. If you've recently paid off outstanding statements, please allow 24 hours before trying to pay through Clearpay again.
Please note that Clearpay is an independent payment company and Pandora has no influence over whether your payment with Clearpay is accepted or not.
