“Where can I use my points and rewards?”

You can pay with points on purchases if you are a Silver or Gold member. To pay with points in a participating store, please present any of the following to a sales assistant at the time of checkout: (1) a QR code from one of our emails; (2) a QR code from your online account; or (3) your email address. To pay with points online, sign in to your My Pandora account prior to checking out to reveal the pay with points option.

“Can I use my welcome gift or birthday treat discount and points at the same time?”

You won't be able to combine your Welcome and Birthday treat vouchers in the same transaction. However, you can use one of the vouchers along with your points at the same time.

“How many times can I use my jewellery cleaner set voucher?”

Silver members can enjoy up to three Jewellery Cleaner Set vouchers per year. Gold members receive the same Silver care kit vouchers plus one Jewellery Cleaner Set voucher free of charge, gifted once during the lifetime of their membership.

“How is my personal information being handled?”

We will use your personal data to manage your membership of the program and to allow you to take full advantage of all the benefits it provides and to personalise your offers and experiences. “I have just joined My Pandora, but I have not got my Welcome Gift yet. When do I get it?”

Your Welcome Gift will be available in your account instantly after you joined My Pandora, and you will also receive an email explaining how to redeem the Welcome Gift. If you do not see the Welcome Gift in your account, please reach out to our customer care via live chat on Contact Support. Or call us on 0808 234 5431, Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Saturday 8:00 a.m. – 5 p.m. (GMT). The Welcome Gift is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue and cannot be used in conjunction with discounts or any other vouchers.
