My Pandora – Free Gift Packaging Terms and Conditions 

• Any existing My Pandora member who (i) receives an email from Pandora inviting them to take part in this free gift packaging promotion (the “Email”); and (ii) makes any purchase online at https://uk.pandora.net/en/ or in participating Pandora stores between 11 February 2025 and 16 February 2025 will receive free gift packaging with their purchase.  

• Online purchases: You will need to click through the link provided in your Email, log in to your My Pandora account, (which can be done online here: https://uk.pandora.net/en/join-mypandora), and use this account when making a purchase online to receive free gift wrapping. Free gift wrapping shall be applied to your basket when making the purchase, but if this does not happen, then please contact us (contact details can be found here: https://help.pandora.net/uk/s/contactsupport).  

• In store purchases: When purchasing in participating stores, you will need to show store staff the Email, and present (i) the QR code from your My Pandora Emails; (ii) the barcode from your My Pandora account; or (iii) provide your email address, to the staff when making your purchase to receive the free gift wrap.  

• One free gift packaging customer, the gift packaging may only be used on one product.  

• Pandora's online terms and conditions (which can be found here: https://uk.pandora.net/en/tandcs/terms-and-conditions.html) will apply to any purchase.  

• Age 18+. No cash alternative.
