Online, we currently offer engraving for a variety of products, including charms and pendants. In-store, we have further styles available, such as bracelets and different metal finishes, along with more options for fonts and symbols. Engraving is a service that's entirely personal and tailored to your wishes. For this reason, engraved pieces are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds. If we've made a mistake or you're not happy with your engraving for any other reason, please consult a member of staff or contact our customer service team.

Pandora engraving is available online and in-store. Engraving in-store takes as long as getting a coffee and less time than getting your hair done. It's that easy. Engraving can be done on the spot and takes about a minute or two. Keep in mind that each store only has one engraving machine, so there may be a wait during peak gifting seasons.

If you’re shopping online, you can include the engraving as part of your order. Please note that our engraving service adds one extra day to the processing time of your order.
