Terms and Conditions – Double Points April 2025

• Any My Pandora member who makes any purchase online at https://uk.pandora.net/en/ or in participating stores in England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Jersey, and Isle of Man (list of stores can be found here: MyPandora | Loyalty program | Pandora UK) between Friday 11th April 2025 and Sunday 13th April 2025 shall receive double My Pandora points (instead of receiving 1 point for every £1 spent, the customer will earn 2 points for every £1 spent).  

• Customers will not earn points for spend relating to shipping costs, the purchase of gift cards or from purchases made entirely with points.  

• Points can only be earned on a purchase where a customer has paid using a gift card, credit/debit card or cash. If a customer pays for a purchase partially with points, they will only earn points on the part of the purchase which was paid for using a gift card, credit/debit card or cash.  

• Customers will need to either log in to their My Pandora account or sign up to join the My Pandora rewards program and use this account when making a purchase online to receive the double points.  

• When purchasing online, the double points will automatically be added to the customer’s account at checkout but if this does not happen, then please contact us (contact details can be found here: https://help.pandora.net/uk/s/contactsupport).  

• When purchasing in participating stores, the customer will need to present (i) the QR code from their My Pandora emails; (ii) the barcode from their My Pandora account; or (iii) provide their email address, to the staff upon purchase to receive the double points.  

• Pandora is not able to add points to orders that have already been completed. 

• The points will appear in the customer’s My Pandora account as ‘pending’ for 30 days after the date of purchase and if part or all of the original purchase is returned for a refund, the points earned in relation to the items returned will be deducted from the pending points.  

• Any remaining pending points will be available to use in the My Pandora account after the 30-day period.   

• Age 18+. No cash alternative.
