For your reassurance as a customer, all our jewellery will be packed in clear transparent bags inside our eco-friendly jewellery boxes, free from contact. Where there are exceptions to this, our team members wear gloves to minimise the contact they have with the jewellery maintaining the highest hygiene standards. Orders will be delivered free of contact through letterboxes.
We have extended our returns and exchanges policy from 30 days to 60 days for customers who have placed an order from 24th February this applies to both online and store purchases. For more information please click here.
