In-store and online engraving differ in their final look and feel, as each of them uses a different engraving technique - mechanical and laser. This means that there can be a subtle difference in the final look and feel of the engraving, depending on which method was used.

It is only possible to use our engraving service on Pandora products only. If you’ve previously purchased engravable Pandora products, you can bring them in-store to get them customised.

Due to the size of our pieces, the space for your personalised engraving on our charms is limited. Our round and rectangular pendants have a slightly larger surface area, so you can engrave slightly longer messages. Similarly, the number of characters you can engrave will depend on the font style and size you select.
