• 17% reduction in CO2 emissions since 2019

• 100% recycled silver and gold used in all our jewellery crafting, as of August 2024. This cuts around 58,000 tonnes of CO2 each year, the equivalent of the yearly electricity use of over 11,000 homes or driving 6,000 cars around the world

• Vietnam crafting facility opening in 2026, supporting long-term growth and enhances our overall crafting capacity by approximately 50%

LAB-GROWN DIAMONDS

• Pandora lab-grown diamonds are made, not mined. They are grown, cut and polished using 100% renewable energy and set in 100% recycled silver and gold

• The carbon footprint of a Pandora lab-grown diamond is approximately five percent of that of a mined diamond. The CO2 emissions of our 1-carat diamond ring are like that of a pair of jeans

• Thanks to innovation, our lab-grown diamonds are physically, chemically, thermally and optically identical to mined diamonds, but more affordable and with a much lower CO2 footprint. This is around 95% lower than that of a mined diamond in the same size

• With Pandora’s breadth, brand trust and recognition, we hope to give consumers new opportunities and occasions to enjoy diamond jewellery, we believe that diamonds are for all

• Pandora first launched its lab-grown diamonds collection in 2021, with Pamela Anderson being its global ambassador since 2023. Over the years Pandora has created some beautiful bespoke looks for her, including the Met Gala 2024 & 2025 and the BAFTAS

• We use 100% renewable energy at our crafting facilities and are extending this initiative to our store, distribution centres and offices

• The carbon footprint of a Pandora Family Tree Charm made from 100% recycled silver is only 230 grams CO2 – less than the emissions of a latte

RECYCLED WITH LOVE

We source 100% recycled gold and silver to craft our jewellery

Sterling Silver

Durable, robust and resistant, sterling silver is an ideal choice for high-quality jewellery. But it's more than just the practical choice: it also appeals to an emotional desire to have a piece that can weather the passage of time along with its wearer.

But what is sterling silver exactly? Sterling silver is what's known as a metal alloy, and to be considered sterling silver, the alloy must contain at least 92.5% pure silver.

Modern and minimal, sterling silver is guaranteed to be a contemporary choice -- discover our latest pieces crafted from sterling silver today.

Dedicated to reducing our carbon footprint, we're thrilled to announce that, as of now, we only source 100% recycled silver. We expect that by the end of the year, all our new silver products will be produced with 100% sterling silver.

gold-plated jewellery

If you're seeking an affordable, yet luxurious statement piece to add to your ensemble, 14k gold-plated jewellery may just be your answer. We use 14k gold for our gold-plating. Only gold that is 9k or more is considered "gold." The higher the cartage, the more pure gold it contains and the thicker the gold layer, the longer it maintains its finish. Gold-plating can be extremely thin, so micron thickness is very important.

At Pandora, the thickness of our gold, our base metal and our plating process all adhere to industry standards. These techniques have been perfected over time and impart a true sense of history and craftsmanship into each and every piece we make. Plus, the plating process adds an extra layer of protection to your jewellery against tarnishing, oxidation and corrosion. This way, when you wear a plated piece from Pandora, you're actually wearing a piece of jewellery history. And because of our dedication to craftsmanship, you can love your jewellery longer.
